Mr.GrillGuy– Refund & Return Policy

At Mr.GrillGuy, we want you to love your grill guy! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made our return and refund process simple and straightforward.

1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, Mr.GrillGuy must be unused, and in the original packaging.

  • To start a return, contact us at albertovaldezecom@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned blanket and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your Mr.GrillGuy arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may ask for photos to verify the issue, and we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Mr.GrillGuy cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
