Mr.GrillGuy – Shipping Policy

We know you’re excited to get your Mr.GrillGuy, so we work hard to get it to you as fast as possible!

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can watch your blanket make its way to you.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship worldwide! International shipping times vary depending on your location and customs processing.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Mr.GrillGuy is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.

  • If your Mr.GrillGuy arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help make it right.
